What started out as a small group of dedicated, talented entrepreneurs from a variety of retail, project management, and customer service backgrounds came together into something greater than the sum of its parts - and Retail Training Professionals was born. Since then, Retail Training Professionals has grown, attracting talented professionals with a diverse range of experience and backgrounds, with combined experience spanning many decades. Spending months and years developing the very best training materials, and creating interactive lessons and videos around these courses, Retail Training Professionals is a global company that speaks to different markets and has products in place in classrooms, homes, and offices.
Our team is made up of professionals from all over the world that have backgrounds in a variety of industries such as retail, information communication technology, project management and education to name a few. Having the knowledge and input from professionals from a variety of countries and backgrounds enables us to have a broader understanding of the world of retail globally and better understand what today's retail environment demands.
